1. From M27, Junction 1 or 2, follow the signs to Lyndhurst, New Forest.
2. At Lyndhurst follow signs for A337 Lymington.
3. As you come into Lymington, you will see a Somerfield petrol station on your left. Go under railway arch up to a mini roundabout.
4. At mini roundabout, turn left into Marsh Lane. It will be signposted Isle of Wight ferry. At next mini roundabout go straight over.
5. At 2nd mini roundabout, turn left, go over railway crossing and over river. DO NOT TURN INTO UNDERSHORE ROAD ON YOUR RIGHT (also sign posted Isle of Wight ferry). Instead follow road round to left and take 1st left down a single track road which follows the river. "Leyland" Country House is 200yds on the right hand side.

There is an alternative route via Beaulieu that you may wish to use in peak times.

1. Come off motorway at the M271 at roundabout go straight over to set of lights, Nissan garage on your left. At next set of lights go on to dual carriage way (speed camera). Stay in slow lane till you get to the next roundabout. Here go straight over you will pass another set of lights, then there is another roundabout stay in the left hand lane and go left (church hall on the left)
2. You need to turn left at the top of the hill signposted Longdown diary Farm. The road is called Deerleap lane. Follow this road to the end (2 miles or so) to a T junction. At the end you go right on Beaulieau Road. You Will pass a pub on your left called The Bold Forester.
3. Keep following this road till you go over a cattle grid which takes you in to the forest. Just keep going straight on. You will come over another cattle grid bringing you out of the forest. Keep going straight on till you come to another T junction. You need to turn Left for Beaulieau.
4. Go past the Motor Museum on your left, past the river on your left and keep going straight on. You will pass Beaulieau Village on your left.
5. Keep following the road, you go past Hazelcopse Farm on your right over another cattle grid and you will see a sharp left turn for Lymington (6 miles) B3054.Take this turning.
6. Go through the forest again (4 miles) till you go over another cattle grid. You will pass Hordle Walhampton School on your left, The Walhampton Arms on your left.
7. You go down a steep hill at the bottom indicate to go RIGHT it is a very sharp right. You will turn down a single track road and will see a sign for Warbourne organic farm.
8. Leyland Country House is 200yds on the right.

   This route is advisable during peak times and is used by all the locals, as Lyndhurst is a bottle neck and can become very back logged.
