The extensive grounds at Leyland Country House are available for hire. We can cater for up to 120 people in a marquee on the front lawn. Drinks and canapés can be served on the terrace.

We also have a 10 acre paddock to the side of the gardens which can be used for various events.

Costings

Obviously no events or parties are the same or cost the same, but we have prepared some outline costings which you may wish to consider when planning for a wedding, corporate event or party. You are more than welcome to host your own bar and use your own caters.

Included in the package is EXCLUSIVE use of the property, accommodation for 2 nights for up to 16 people with breakfast, the land to put your marquee on, security and parking for 20 cars. The cost of this package is £2800.

Food

Our own in-house event caterers are “Red Herring”, who have an exceptional reputation, and who can prepare, provide and serve all your catering needs for events at Leyland Country House.
However if you would prefer to use your own caterers, then please do not hesitate to let us know.

Please Note

Leyland Country House can be used for various events Monday – Sunday. We cater for a minimum of 60 guests and a maximum of 120.
If you wish to book an event over the weekend, you will also be required to book all 3 rooms, Pheasant Cottage and The Barn, if these have not already been pre-booked.
Check-in is guaranteed from 1pm and check out is 10.30am for all rooms, except for Pheasant Cottage and The Barn, which have a 4pm check-in time and an 11.00am check out time.
