Reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable and you will be asked to pay in full when making your booking.

If you have already booked your room at the standard rate, it cannot subsequently be exchanged for a last minute “Leyland” rate.

Please be aware there are only a very limited number of rooms available at the last minute “Leyland” rate.
