• Reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable and you will be asked to pay in full when making your booking.
  

• If you have already booked your room at the standard rate, it cannot subsequently be exchanged for a last minute “Leyland” rate.
  

• Please be aware there are only a very limited number of rooms available at the last minute “Leyland” rate.
  

• Sorry but we regret that we do not allow pets of any kind at either “Leyland” Country House, The Barn or Pheasant Cottage.
