telephone at least 48 hours in advance.
Minimum two nights’ stay is required over each
weekend.
Minimum three nights’ stay is required on Bank Holiday
weekends.

PREFERRED OPTIONS
Although we will always do our best to
accommodate requests for particular rooms, we regret that
we cannot promise to reserve your preferred bedroom without
a firm booking.
PET FREE
Dogs or any other animals are not allowed in the property as we wish to offer our clients an asthma and eczema free environment.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly forbidden in Leyland House, the Barn and
Pheasant Cottage. However, smoking is permitted in the
grounds.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
All American Express and VISA card payments are
subject to a 3% handling fee.
Debit cards and cheques are free of service charge.
BABYSITTING SERVICE
Babysitting service must be booked in advance
